Semester in Review

Happy New Year from your SBPRC Intercollegiate Teams!

There are so many things to be grateful for as we look back on the semester-- watching the Pacific Coast Open (and being inspired by the amazing women in the inaugural Women’s PCO), hosting a successful I/I Orientation, attending Mustang Madness for the first time, becoming brand ambassadors for US Polo Association apparel, and seeing brand new lights go up in the arena -- just to name a few. Additionally, we have had the opportunity to learn from amazingly talented individuals such as Cindy Halle, Joel Baker, Claudia Uretz, Melanja Jones, and of course Jeff and Naima Scheraga. Each member of UCSB and Westmont Polo held a mallet for the first time at SBPRC.

With the support of our coaches and the club, we have come such a long way in the past year! As 2020 commences, we are looking forward to attending USPA Prelims, introducing new players to the sport, and continuing to improve. Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far this season, we’ll see you next semester!
